PVC edge banding extrusion machine is uesd to produce PVC edge banding,it is also called PVC edge banding,concealed edge banding,etc.the surface of PVC edge band can be treated by double color printing & coated with glossy oil, or by heat transfer printing, or by lamination, which can make marble, wooden design on surface of product.
Actually,it is not the traditional machine which only make one piece of edge sheet.Our extruder adopts 55/110 mode, it can make 8 pieces of edge sheet at the same time.Besides,our machine will produce any shape of the table edge band by customize relevant mould,such as T shape,H shape or flat shape, etc.

Material batching mixing--extruding--molding--vacuum calibrating and cooling--printing--UV coating--IR dryer--rolling/cutting-- final PVC edge band
